ShareWin FlowCare is available to authorised educators of participating Family Day Care services. This page explains how to get help, request access removal, and report a privacy or child-image concern.
Access is arranged through your service, council or provider. There is no public self-purchase in the app. If you are an educator and need access, please contact your service or provider administrator.

To report a privacy or child-image concern, email support@sharewincare.com.au with "Privacy concern" in the subject. Urgent matters are escalated promptly.
Educator access is provider-authorised and may be removed by provider action, contract end or support request. Requests involving child records or parent information may need provider approval. See Privacy policy.
