These terms explain that ShareWin FlowCare is a provider-authorised professional workflow tool, and not an individual consumer subscription sold inside the app. By using the app you agree to use it only as authorised by your provider.
The app is intended for educators who are authorised by a participating provider, service or council. You should not access or use the app with real child information unless your provider has authorised the use and relevant consent and policies are in place.
Access to ShareWin FlowCare is managed through provider/service agreements outside the app. Educators are not offered individual paid digital subscriptions inside the app, and the app does not contain purchase buttons, upgrade prompts or external payment links for educator subscriptions.
The app is an operational workflow-support tool. It is designed to complement the established systems and processes a provider already relies on — providing differentiated, value-adding support rather than replacing mature platforms or required official provider processes, unless expressly authorised by the provider.
Provider administrators may request account access removal, service suspension or deletion/export actions according to the applicable provider agreement and data retention policy. If your provider ends your authorisation, you may lose access to the app and workspace.
